1. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Portuguese Law No. 144/2015 of September 8, we inform consumers of the existence of alternative dispute resolution entities for consumer conflicts.

4. Complaints Book

As required by Portuguese law, Mosey maintains an official complaints book. Consumers have the right to request and use the complaints book at any time. Complaints submitted through the official complaints book are forwarded to the relevant authorities.
